From 14 – 18 October, you can participate in the US-NL Industry days in America!

Please note, this event is only for members of the NIDV and OEMs from the US.

Here you can listen to interesting speakers such as representatives of Dutch and US industry and government officials.

In addition to the plenary sessions, we offer matchmaking sessions between industry professionals. Space is limited, so first come, first served.

Industry and Government visited Lockheed Martin

On the 26th and 27th of June, government special envoy Maxime Verhagen visited Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth together with reprentatives from the Ministry for economic affairs and climate, industry, and knowledge institutions and the NIDV.

The goal is to construct a new army building to house all students at KIM during initial training. It also involves housing a number of students from the technical part of Faculty of Military Sciences of the Netherlands Defense Academy.

A-letter for acquisition of 6 amphibious transport ships

Starting in 2032, the Royal Navy will have a new ship class consisting of six new ships: amphibious transport ships. The six are to replace the four Holland-class patrol ships and the two LPDs Zr.Ms. Rotterdam and Zr.Ms. Johan de Witt.
